‘Pablo Sarasate’ International Violin Contest

In 1991, the Regional Government of Navarre created the ‘Pablo Sarasate’ International Violin Contest, held every two years, which celebrated its ninth edition last year. This is one of the most prestigious violin competitions in the world, and so far hundreds of young concert performers from all over the world have competed in front of the international panel of judges. There are several prizes available, including the prize for the best performance of Pablo Sarasate’s work.
